If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a tighter fit. Use your chest measurement if your waist and chest suggest different sizes.

How to Measure:

• Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest 2.5cm below your underarm.
• Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your waist.
• Hips: Measure at the widest part of your hips.
