Dosage

• 1 tablespoon (10 g) once daily in 250 mL water

Warnings

• Must be consumed with an appropriate fluid intake
• Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women; should only be used under dietetic supervision
• If used during exercise, this product should be consumed in accordance with directions to avoid the possibility of gastrointestinal upset
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
• Contains potassium; if you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your health professional before use
• Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
