The Tajima bloodline, a renowned strain of the Japanese Black breed, is prized for producing beef with the highest levels of fine, evenly distributed marbling — the hallmark of superior flavor, tenderness, and juiciness.

The cattle are grain-fed for a minimum of 400 days on a carefully formulated barley-based diet, complemented with wheat and hay. This specialized feeding regime promotes optimal weight gain and enriches the beef’s flavor and texture, delivering a luxurious eating experience.
