The tannic and smooth texture is striking on the palate, ending in a savoury and lively finish. It is made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Colorino grapes

This Chianti pairs well with roasted red meats, such as slow-cooked lamb, as well as pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. It is best served at 16-18°C to enhance its flavours and aromas.
