Astaxanthin is a xanthophyll pigment derived from the Haematococcus Pluvialis algae. In nature, it occurs in many organisms, giving them their characteristic pink and red colors.

Salmon, shrimps and flamingos owe their beautiful color to astaxanthin. Studies have shown that organisms containing astaxanthin can survive much longer in unfavorable environmental conditions.

AstaZine® is the result of many years of research and huge investments in the construction of natural astaxanthin cultures. The AstaZine® product is obtained from Haematococcus pluvialis algae grown in tubular photobioreactors. Water obtained from the Himalayas, subjected to reverse osmosis, is used to produce AstaZine®. This ensures maximum cleanliness and safety.
