Lugarde Prima Fifth Avenue 3.0x3.0m (9'8x9'8) Summerhouse

A pentagonal corner summerhouse from the Fifth Avenue style from Lugarde. This building is particularly suitable for use as a garden office because of it's thicker wall logs.

Many people prefer to use decking or tiles as a floor therefore this building is supplied without flooring, this is available as an accessory.

Please Note: These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed.  We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
