McCormick's played Class D ball in the Southern California Trolley League, a Los Angeles circuit established in 1910. Named for the trolley lines connecting teams and fans across the basin, it was baseball at its most local. Before the Dodgers ever came west, clubs like this gave the city its first real taste of the game. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
