Watershed is the first whiskey to be cut with the water from our own Ballindoney Farm reduced to 47% vol. each bottle is individually numbered, showing a Limited batch size Nose: Opens with strong vanilla and sweet fruit notes, followed by hints of grain. Taste: Black pepper rises on the palate, overtaken by vanilla fudge and just a trace of raisins. Finish: The smooth finish is warm and comforting, honey on hot buttered toast
