SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber wheat dextrin powder, is a soluble and non-viscous fiber of natural origin, sodium and sugar free, and suitable for long-term use. 
SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber is neutral in taste and can be mixed in beverages or used in cooking and baking. 
 
What is it used for?  
SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber helps to regulate and promote regular bowel movement, especially in people with a tendency toward constipation. 
SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber can fulfills dietary fiber requirement of 25g and is a well-tolerated fiber for a healthy bowel.

What is the recommended dosage?

>12 years   2-5 sachets 
Pregnancy   1-5 sachets

Consumption of SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber up to 9 sachets per day (45 g) is well tolerated and has not been shown to cause flatulence, bloating, or stomach discomfort.2 
 
How to use it? 
Stir 1 stick pack (5g) of SURBEX® Nutri-Fiber into water, your favourite beverage or food. Stir well until dissolved.
