The INOX BD4000 concealed barn door privacy lock mortises into the jamb for a seamless installation. Suitable for any type of wall or jamb surface. This lock is easy to use with a basic thumb turn on the interior side of the barn door. The bolt will mortise into the door casing and sit flush while inactive, until the thumb turn is activated to drive the bolt to make contact with the strike that is mortised into the barn door. An emergency release is installed on the outside of the door to release that bolt to unlock the door, if needed.
