The live recording of "Maestro Kenichiro Kobayashi 80th Festival Concert Vol. 1," a concert held to commemorate the 80th birthday of conductor Kenichiro Kobayashi, who was born on April 9, 1940, is now available in his birthday month. This is the first time in 15 years that Dvorak's Dvorak No. 8, one of the most important works of Kobayashi's career, has been released on CD. It is also a very memorable album as it features Kobayashi performing with the Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, which he has conducted many times since winning the Budapest International Conducting Competition, where he has received an enthusiastic welcome.
