HYCHEM Microseal is a two-component waterborne polyurethane (PU) system designed for sealing concrete, microcements, and microtoppings in both residential and commercial settings. This product is engineered to provide a matte finish that closely mimics the natural appearance of the underlying material. It is particularly noted for its ease of application, being easily rolled on, and features a long working time to accommodate application adjustments.

A key attribute of Microseal is its rapid curing capability, which allows for a curing time of approximately 1 hour between coats. This feature enables the application of multiple layers within a single day, significantly enhancing project efficiency. Despite this quick curing time, Microseal maintains an extended pot life and re-coat window, offering flexibility in the application process.

The formulation of Microseal emphasizes low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, aligning with environmental and health standards by minimizing the release of harmful chemicals into the atmosphere. This aspect makes it a safer option for indoor applications where air quality is a concern.
