Multiple reinforcements incorporated into the structure improve the overall durability of the casing and provide greater support when riding at low pressures: with a nylon layer from bead to bead integrated into the casing fabric and a thick hard rubber insert above the bead, HardWALL easily handles high loads and prevents punctures. Many reinforcement technologies combined with a 60tpi nylon casing result in a solid tire construction, enhancing its reliability and ride quality without compromising weight.
